on http://www.searchgals.com/ (yeah, it's pr0n), if you look at the long bank of
links on the far right you'll see several scrolling areas that all overlap each
other.
happens on trunk builds (3/18 at least, also with 4/24) and 1.4a, does not
happen on 1.0 branch. happens in both modern and classic skins.
win and mac exhibit the same behavior.

odd... it looks like moz is having issues resolving all the % heights.
specifically it looks like the 100% height table is invloved. This may be a
table bug & not block/inline.
testcase to follow

cleaned up testcase (in a few ways).
Although I should be seeing the table rows in the order of BLUE, RED, text,
GREEN It looks like RED and GREEN are starting at the same spot.
