Problem occurs when manage bookmarks window is opened - window is trunicated and
accept/cancel buttons are unusable. Dragging bookmark is the only method that
the window will allow. Scoll bars and bottom of window is either unavailable or
unusable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open sidebar to bookmarks and click manage

Actual Results:  
see problem

Expected Results:  
Open complete window with bookmark management and functional buttons.

WFM - 1 day old CVS based trunk build - linux.

I remember there was a bug fixed for a problem like this a week or so.

Can anybody confirm this ?

Reporter : does a new build (a nightly one, installed cleanly) cures the bug ?
