Please add a beta uplift request for this, per QA report

We don't actually need this uplifted.

The pref should be false, and this patch was only setting it to true temporarily because of a migration issue that's sorted.

Non of these issues were on beta.

This one is about a wallpaper pref, but if I follow the link in your last comment, it's talking about a nova pref.
