Mozilla won't start when MS IE Internet Explorer is already on.
I have IE version 6.0.2600.0000 on my PC running under Windows 98 SE 4.10.2222 A

A secondary issue:

Once so far all Mozilla windows have spontaneously closed a few minutes after IE
has been started.  The system had been running for a few days and I had a number
of sites open on pages that I needed to remember.  It hasn't happened a second
time, but I haven't tried printing from both IE and Mozilla one after another
either.  This may have been a once off rather than a bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start up MS IE
2.  Try to start Mozilla  -  it doesn't start
3.  Close MS IE
4.  Try to start Mozilla  -  it starts

This happens regardless of whether IE or Mozilla is the default browser
Actual Results:  
Same each time.
Mozilla wouldn't start unless I first closed MS IE.
I could then open IE once I had Mozilla running.
Mozilla did close (or crash ?) unexpectedly once a few minutes after IE was
started up.  I have Talkback enabled, but it didn't show anything.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should start regardless of whether or not IE is already running.
