Occasionally the keyboards input freezes. Cannot type from the keyboard into
the location bar or any form elements on the page. Mouse still works fine except
cannot double click to select in the location bar.
Reducing the window and expanding it fixes the problem. Switching tabs or to
mail and back doesn't.
Problem seems to happen randomly, maybe every half hour or less, although hard
to tell.
I experience this problem under Mandrake Linux 9.0 and 9.1, but not in Windows 2000.
This problem seems new in v1.3. I have not had this problem in any previous
versions, from 0.8 onwards to 1.2.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the browser under Linux for a while and should notice the problem.
2. Frequency appears random so hard to give exact steps.
3. I know that's not much help. Sorry.

Actual Results:
Keyboard input froze (was not being acted upon)

Expected Results:
Accepted the keyboard input.
Whilst 'frozen', the keyboard responds to things like Alt-F (file menu) and
Ctrl-O (Open file)
I have been getting this bug frequently in Mozilla Firebird under Linux (Debian
3.0 unstable). While the keyboard input is frozen, resizing the window
sometimes unfreezes it, but not always.

In the frozen state, Ctrl-T or Ctrl-N to open a new tab doesn't work, but
choosing "New Window" from the menu does work. After a new window is spawned,
the original window often becomes unfrozen, but after using the original,
now-unfrozen window, the newly spawned window may later be found to have become
frozen instead.

Switching keyboard focus back and forth between Firebird windows seems to help
trigger it.
I've been experiencing this bug since 1.3. To unlock keyboard mark some text
from address bar, right-click it and choose Cut. Marking text by double-clicking
it doesn't work - whole text gets marked for a while and unmarks rapidly. I
thought it was SMP-specific bug but it appears it's not.
Debian unstable.
I've also been experiencing this on Debian unstable with FB 0.7. Very annoying.
Did some searching on the forums and found some other people with a similar
problem. Links follow.

I've been experiencing this bug now also with FireFox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10) under WinXP.
