When installing Mozilla in Windows 98 and 2000, the icon used by default for the
shortcut to Mail and News ("C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\mozilla.exe"
-mail) has the standard "Mozilla-head" icon. It's an extra step to change the
icon to the seemingly obvious and right choice, locatged by default at
"C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\chrome\icons\default\messengerWindow.ico".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla on Windows 98 or Windows 2000 with Mail and News.
2. Observe the icon chosen for the shortcut.
Actual Results:  
The icon for the shortcut to Mozilla Mail and News was the default
"Mozilla-head" icon.

Expected Results:  
I would've expected to see an icon more indictaive of a mailprogram, rather than
the identical icon for the browser. Using the same icon for two different
components of the Mozilla suite will likely confuse some users.

Looks like I've misfiled this bug;  sorry for the inconvenience. I believe this
needs to go in Browser | Installer. I'm not sure if I can refile it, but I'll
give it a shot.
