Remote images always loads in mail messages regardless of your settings in 
privacy/security. Not good as it confirms to spammers that my address is 
working and is being used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Read mail with remote images.
Actual Results:  
Images load regardless of privacy/security settings.

Expected Results:  
Not attempt to load images if my preferences indicate that I do not wish them 
loaded.

I'm using Thunderbird from around 26/apr - it doesn't contain version info - 
no about info...

Do you see this in Mozilla Mailnews ?
AFAIk Thunderbird bug reports are not accepted at this moment.

Hmm if that is the case I apologize :) And just hope that they fix in soon, so 
that I won't have to install mozilla in parallel with firebird (and 
thunderbird)...
