In bug 117026 the tabpanels notification and schedule are merged
into into one dialogbox, making the icons notification-icon and
schedule-icon obsolete.
So, these can be removed from the modern and classic themes
(bookmarksWindows.css)

No, modern didn't have these icons,
so they don't need to be removed from modern...
