This doesn't happen for me on todays build - 2000020708
I don't get the security advisor, but it doesn't crash

On Mac, choosing the Security Advisor menu item causes the app to become
unresponsive, requiring a force quit.
This seems like the problem of doing synchronous loads with Necko on the UI
thread.

Either not happening anymore or just not enough to be immediately critical.
Since I don't have a Linux build to test on right now I'll just push it to M15
but if anyone else can verify this is ok it can be closed.
Target Milestone: M14 → M15
