Details

In the Certificate Manager Window, clicking the Import or Backup button will
bring up a file dialog.  The filters - "Certificate Files", "PKCS12 Files" -
under "Type of File" are hardcoded in certManager.js.  These strings should be
localized and placed into a properties file.
