Cannot login to Netscape Network mail 

(http://my.screenname.aol.com/_cqr/login/login.psp?siteId=nscpenusmail&authLev=2&mcState=initialized&triedAimAuth=y)

error message: "You cannot connect to my.screenname.aol.com because SSL is
disabled."

The same error appears when attempting to login at: 
http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2

FYI, all SSL protocols are enabled in Edit | Preferences | Privacy and Security
| SSL

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse to http://my.netscape.com/index2.psp or www.hotmail.com
2.Attempt to login to account


Actual Results:  
You cannot connect to <URL> because SSL is disabled.

Expected Results:  
allow access to resource

You might make sure that OCSP is set back to its default setting, which is off.
Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Validation>Do not use OCSP.

Another thing to try is to setup a new profile.
