Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030430
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030430
My build ID is 2003043008. I am using the latest version of Mozilla as of the
30th of April. I noticed this at http://www.whatisthematrix.com. I was in
fullscreen mode. I clicked on a popup window to look at a trailer. The window
was not fullscreened, it was just a floating small window. While it loaded I
tried to access the page behind it (whatisthematrix.com) via the task bar with
the mouse and I could not access it. I then launched a new window, which was
maximized yet not fullscreened and tried to access the taskbar with the mouse.
Still no result, there was no response when I moved my mouse to the bottom at
all. Therefor I believe when any window is fullscreened, as long as it is open,
restricts the ability to access the taskbar with the mouse when in another
Mozilla window (including mail etc).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any URL in Mozilla
2. Hit F11 to fullscreen the window
3. Hit Control-N to make a new window
4. Try and access the taskbar with the mouse
Actual Results:
The taskbar will not pop up.
Expected Results:
The task bar should have popped up because a window that is not fullscreen is in
the forefront.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
