last element on "Back" list sometimes drops off

I can't reproduce this at will, but it's happened to me several times with 1.3. I don't recall having seen it in earlier versions. Sometimes I'll have visted pages A, B, C, D in one window; then I pull down the Back button menu, and all that's there is B, C, and D: the oldest entry drops off the list, and I can't get back to it. This is not a result of the history list having been truncated because it got too long: it has definitely never been deeper than 4 or 5 pages when this has happened (not even deep enough to fill up the menu.) I'm sure of this because my habit is to have one Mozilla window with my home page in it, and never click more deeply than a few links in *that* window: for general browsing, I usually middle-click to spawn new windows. (And I don't use tabs.) It's my home page that I can't Back my way back to, so I'm sure it used to be there.
