RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 22775

This is really nitpicky but it's still annoying since I've gotten into the habit
of scrolling down to the bottom of a web page using auto-scroll instead of
twirling my mouse wheel until my fingers get tired...

In Windows, most mice with a middle button will, by default, activate autoscroll
when the middle button is clicked: this funky set of arrows appears, and moving
the mouse up or down will cause the page to scroll (the speed of scrolling is
proportional to the vertical distance the mouse pointer is moved from the arrow
icon). It would be nice if in Mozilla, if the user middle clicks on something
that is *not* a link, this default behavior were engaged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Is this bug kind of duplicate of bug 63712 ?
Duplicate of bug 22775 = "AutoScroll"/Panning support [eg, Mousewheel Click/Drag
triggered]
