Suppress the Logo entirely when none of search, topsites, Pocket, or any widget (content or sidebar) is enabled. Widget enablement is evaluated through the canonical isWidgetEnabled() helper so widgets.enabled toggle and trainhopConfig overrides are honored.

Why not simply reintroduce the logowordmark pref?
Some might want to show that they are using Firefox.
