Downloaded the current alpha and after reboot and clicking on mozilla quick
start the screen flashes briefly but the browser will not even come up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on Mozilla Quick start button
2.see brief flash
3.see no browser

Actual Results:  
Norhing

Expected Results:  
Gone to cnn.com

Reporter, did you install in a clean directory (not on top of an older version)
? You might also try removing/renaming the XUL.mfl file in your profile (it will
be recreated).

Hi Jonathan, are you still having the problem with recent Mozilla builds not
starting up? If so, did you try Jo's suggestions? This bug may have been fixed
(and there were known problems with installing 1.4-series browsers on top of
older releases unfortunately). Thanks for any new information.

Resolving wfm, it's been more than 6 months without a response. If you are still
seeing this bug in recent builds installed to an empty directory, please feel
free to reopen.
