User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20030409 Debian/1.2.1-9woody2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20030409 Debian/1.2.1-9woody2 Mozilla main window should be createt first in startup. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Start Mozilla, change your workspace. Actual Results: Mozilla starts, and its window hits your actual desktop in some unexpected moment. Steals you your Input focus. This disables you to go on with whatever you do while Mozilla is starting. Expected Results: Open its main Window first before even opening its splash screen. No need to fill it with content or stuff, just create it. then cover it with the splash-screen.
Can you please try with a current build to see if the problem still exists?
Product: Browser → Seamonkey
In general, it's impossible to do what you want. There is a finite amount of time between when you start Mozilla and when it opens the first window. During that time, you can switch workspaces and the Mozilla window will appear there. There's no way for it to tell what workspace you were in when you started it. resolving INVALID
