the File Bookmarks function is broken, showing only a few of the 'tree' of
bookmarks i actually have.

I use Win98SE and I got the same problem after updating to the new 1.4a release.
When clicking on the scroll-bar I can get more items to show, sometimes.

When I open “File Bookmark”[Ctrl+Shift+D], it opens OK, except only the first 10
folders are visible. I know the folders are there because I can click with the
mouse any place below the first 10 and that folder will appear and if I
highlight the first folder on top and use the down arrow to scroll down each
folder that was not visible will appear. The bottom 1/3 of the destination
window remains not visible. If I highlight the first folder on top and use the
down arrow to scroll down, each folder will appear to the very last one! I use
the scroll bar and scroll to the top and start scrolling down again all folder
below the bottom of the window are gone, not visible again.

I am using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401
emachine with 666 megahertz Intel Celeron processor.  
Microsoft Windows 98 4.10.2222 A and 320 Megabytes Installed Memory

This should be fixed in the last nightly builds:

Yes this issue is fixed in the nightly build.  I was also experiencing this
problem so I just installed the nightly build and the problem went away.
