bascly, once MingW gets the needed stuff, the outlook addressbook stuff can be made to work on MingW

I've come across 2-3 Win32 GCC bugs that are waiting on wab.h (et al), should they be linked somehow? Bug #204306 (this one), Bug #203293, and maybe others. Hmmm, no comment about Bug #12185
