Pop-up menu on tabs should not contain "Close all other tabs" or there should be
a confirmaton. I never needed such function but I've lost dozens of URL's and
loaded pages accidentaly closing dozens open tabs without any confirmation. The
worst thing is that the menu item is located right next to "Close tab" and it's
very easy to miss.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click tab caption in tabbed browsing mode.


Expected Results:  
There should no be "Close all other tabs" item, or it should display confirmation.
