(if i'm pointing to the right place), it reads:

"The Filter Log is a file that documents what filters have been run.  Use the
check box below enable logging."

i believe there should be a "to" between "below" and "enable". also, there is a
redundant space between the two sentences (two spaces instead of one).

r=[e-mail].  No brainer.  I've checked the other DTD files and one
space is prevailing.
