When filing a bookmark, only 11 files are displayed in the popup window at a
time.  It is dificult to see file folders beyond the first 11, although by
paging up and down with the slide bar, usually the desired file location will
appear. If you have embeded folders in a root folder, then when you expand the
root, the embeded do not appear unless you scroll up and down with the slide
bar. Again when they appear there are only 11 showing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Bookmarks>File Bookmarks (only 11 folders appear)
2.Hit the open "triangle" icon to see embeded folders (folder will not expand
and show folders contained)
3.Use scroll bar to move field up then down (sometimes 2 or 3 attempts required)
and eventually the embeded folders will appear (again only 11)

Actual Results:  
The first 11 book mark file folders appear. Then after scrolling the embeded
folders appear. If you have many folders it takes some skill to get the folder
in which you wish to file your bookmark to appear.

Expected Results:  
Show all bookmark files to the limit of the output field. When a root folder is
open show the embeded folders scrolling the lower folders down. When scrolling
down unseen folders should appear at the bottom, this should happed regadless of
using the slide bar, the jump or the scroll arrows.

Marking works for me using the 2003-05-13-08 NB.
