Details

Tickets ordered through KLM can either be delivered through mail or collected at
the airport. This choice is made through a RADIO button. Upon selection, a new
input form should become visible to enter further data, depending on delivery
method selected.

This form is contained in a DIV, started by <div id="TBM" style="position:
relative; height: 1px; overflow: hidden; visibility: visible; display: block;">.
The radio button calls <onclick="javascript:showtdo('TBM','KL NL TBM',
271,'true');" value="TBM"> which doesn't make the DIV visible.

Therefore, user can't enter all required data and no tickets can be ordered.
Contacted KLM, known problem, notably to Apple users, but also visible with
Mozilla 2003050211 on Win XP Pro, SP1
