User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401

My automatic startup page (www.newz.dk) has animated GIF images (looping). I've
checked loop behavior for animated images to "never" in preferences. If i reload
the page, everything is fine and no images are animated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Automatic load default startup home page (no user-interaction)

Actual Results:
Animated GIF images loop animation.

Expected Results:
Images should be static without looping animations.

Windows 2000, service pack 2. Using default theme.
