It would...

1. Make it consistent with toolbar
2. Make it not look ugly
3. Move applies(mentally) to a Bookmark, Bookmarks, Folders, Seperators. Move
Bookmark(s) only applies(mentally) to a Bookmark, Bookmarks
4. Move Boomkmark(s) is too long as a menu item.
5. Probably mroe, but I forget before reporting bugs...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks Manager>Toolbar
2. Go to Bookmarks Manager>Edit
3.

Actual Results:  
They're different

Expected Results:  
Make Edit>Move Bookmark(s) to Edit>Move

I'm going to mark this as an enhancement.  I do agree that it should be
"move..." and not "move bookmark(s)..."

Oneliner, no l10n impact because the menu item now uses the same short label as
the toolbar button. Maybe command.moveBookmark.label can be removed from
bookmarks.dtd but I don't know if it is used somewhere else.

WORKSFORME with SeaMonkey 2.1b2pre Edit->Move... Probably fixed by the move to Places Bookmarks. Picking a places bookmarks bug at random to duplicate to: Bug 580662 - Add management UI for places bookmarks
