Cancel button does not work on Bookmark Folder Properties when the bookmark
folder for that dialog was deleted while dialog is open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On main UI, right click on personal tool bar and select New Folder...
2. "New Folder" should appear in personal tool bar, along with a spawned
Properties dialog.
3. Without closing the properties dialog, right click on "New Folder" and select
Delete.
4. Now hit "Cancel" or X button on the properties dialog.

Actual Results:  
The properties dialog does not close.  (BTW, OK button does close it, just not
the X or Cancel button)


Expected Results:  
Close the dialog.

The properties dialog should be modal to the main UI.. Currently users are able
to access the main UI to create the faulty condition for the Properties dialog.

When following the steps to reproduce, I get the expected results. 
I do not have Tabbrowser extention installed.
Mozilla 1.8b2 build 2005040305 under XP Pro SP2 here.
