Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Message Filters window.
2. Select several filters.
3. Attempt to delete the filters.

Actual Results:
The Delete button in the Message Filters window is disabled and using the delete
key on the keyboard has no effect.

Expected Results:
The selected filters should be deleted by either method.
Changing to enhancement, I don't know if this is something that should be fixed
or not. Multiple delete would likely require adding a confirmation dialog. It
appears that the design is, if multiple filters are set, the only desirable
action is to run them all -- you certainly can't edit them all, or (sensibly)
move them all up or down in the list.
