204670 - Bookmark file window fails to show whole bookmark tree

When I try to use file bookmark option, the bookmark tree is shortened until I
click on the bottom of the partial tree. Once I click on this folder, the next
down the tree appears and so on until the whole tree is displayed. It reproduces
every time I use it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Bookmarks"
2.Click "File Bookmark" and first ten folders in tree are displayed
3.Click on bottom folder and the eleventh appears click on eleventh and twelfth
appears.

Actual Results:  
The next foder down the tree appears

Expected Results:  
Whole tree displayed when "File Bookmark" is clicked
