Middle click on a link to open it in a new tab. If the link is bad the tab
opens with the URI set to "about:blank". This makes it hard to report
the bad link to the site, or to try editting the link to find something
that works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Need a bad link in some page.
2. Middle click to open it in a new tab.
3.

Actual Results:
Tab opens with the URI = "about:blank".

Expected Results:
Tab opens with the URI = "the-bad-one-you-clicked-on"
