I can change all mozilla-system fonts in userchrome.css.
But in menubar, menubutton, menulist, menu and menuitem there is no effect

This is in userchrome.css :

    font-size: 3.5mm !important
    font-family: helvetica !important
  }

 menubar, menubutton, menulist, menu, menuitem,  {
    font-size: 3.5mm !important
    font-family: helvetical !important
  }

In Theme <Classic> i can change Personal Toolbar, but not in Theme <Modern>
