when i click the lock icon (bottom right) in navigator, an animated progress bar appears at the bottom of all tabs and disappears after a few seconds

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425 system: win98se ATI rage mobility graphics adaptor Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425 just go to any website (ex. www.mozilla.org) after the page finish loading, left-click on the lock icon on the bottom right of navigator. this will bring up the "page info" box at the bottom of the box, left of the "help" button, some kind of animated progress bar appears and stays active. if you wait for about 20 seconds it will eventually disappear by itself this behaviour is not present with mozilla 1.21 (the previous version i used) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: described in "details" Expected Results: no such progress bar should appear
