Details

I've recreated this problem on Windows 2000 and OS/2. I've tried this using
different language builds. The Mail folder names such as Inbox and Drafts can be
localized in messenger.properties, but will show up in English in the Browser.

How to recreate:
-Open browser and create a new profile
-Go to Mail/News and create a new IMAP account
-When the password dialog comes up hit Cancel
-Quit the browser and then restart
-Go to Mail/News and click Cancel again when the password dialog comes up
-Notice the Inbox, Drafts, Templates, Sent folders are not translated (they're
shown in English)
-If you quit the browser, restart and go back to Mail/News the folder names are
shown translated in the browser's language

Expected Result- The Mail folder names should always be shown as translated in
messenger.properties. They shouldn't show in english when using a localized browser.
Jessica, have you used the same account with english browser before running
localized build?
I created a new IMAP account in the browser to test this on different
translations using the same email/server(account) each time. I'm sure this
account was used on an English browser for the very first time.
