20491 - Links in table do not work correctly

On this page, the table on the right side containing the form has links inside
of it to various companies stock quotes. The links do not function in Mozilla
(1999120108). The pointer flashes to a "hand" and quickly reverts to a pointer
and the link is de-activated upon mouseover.

In the testcase if you remove the entire line that starts with "Wednesday" All
the links work fine. With it in they are broken. I think this may be the same
bug as 20557.

The bug is the same. Since the other bug has a better URL, I will mark mine as a
duplicate.
