Now it opens the page defined in Home-page URL, even if "Blank page" is checked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: Open blank page, as before.
Look in Preferences -> Navigator. There are different settings for startup, new window and new tab.
