I can copy a folder from local folders to Inbox folder (for example) only one
time. After that, I can't do the same thing with another folder. It works again
when I restart MailNews.
Please excuse my poor english....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag and drop a folder to another folder -> it works
2. Drag and drop a folder to another folder -> it don't works

Actual Results:  
Nothing : the folder didn't move.

Expected Results:  
The folder should move in the drop folder

Note that this bug has been fixed, but very recently -- not in the 
released 1.4b.  Get a nightly build from 9-May onwards, or wait for 1.4 to be 
released.
