Overview Description: In Linux, the lock is open at a secure site with a port
number.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Visit https://junruh - Note that the lock is closed.
2) Visit https://knox.mcom.com:447/ciphers.html
3)

Actual Results: The lock is open at a secure site.

Expected Results: The lock should be closed.

Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 12/1/99 - Linux

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: WinNT - No lock at all, separate bug.
