The Installer is unable to donwload the Setup-Files for mozilla 1.3.1 !

This is behind a network with Firewall AND Virus-Wall. The Viruswall is a
Full-Scan Viruswall and Scann hole File in ONE prozess.
The Installer tries 4-5 times to download always with CRC-Error.
