After upgrading to 1.4b, personal toolbar folders opens no longer mutually
esclusive when clicking on folder icons.. There is obviously something wrong on
menu navigation handling that make the interface unusable.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a personal toolbar with more than one subfolder
2. click in sequence any folder icon
3.

Actual Results:  
All folders dropdow opens overlapping, some of them refuse to open at the first
click, requiring one extra click

Expected Results:  
Open any dropdown folder after clicking on it closing previous opened one
