• This issue is reproducible regardless of whether the browser.nova.enabled pref is set to true or false, since Nova styles are enabled by default on New Tab.

• Firefox Nightly 154.0a1 (Build ID: 20260624040957)
• Firefox Beta 153.0b4 (Build ID: 20260624090452)
• Firefox Release 152.0.1 (Build ID: 20260617213557)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• macOS 15.7.3
• Ubuntu 24.04.1

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest Firefox Nightly 154.0a1 build installed/extracted and opened.
• Have the “browser.search.region” pref set to US;
• On Beta and Release builds, it can be triggered through ASRouter devtools.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open a new tab and scroll down until the Personalization card is visible.
2. Click inside the card and press the Tab key until the link is focused.
3. Observe the focus outline.

[Expected result]:

• The focus outline is purple and has rounded corners.

[Actual result]:

• The focus outline is blue and has sharp corners.

We likely can't address the "sharp corners" issue without clipping text, but can look at the outline color.
