205194 - Dialog sheets pertaining to other tabs should draw over Autocomplete dialog

If the Autocomplete dialog is being displayed and another tab displays a dialog
sheet, the sheet draws underneath the Autocomplete dialog. This results in a
bizarre display where the URL Bar is underneath the dialog sheet, and the dialog
sheet is underneath the Autocomplete dialog.

The dialog sheet should always draw over the autocomplete dialog.

This WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a2)
Gecko/20040526

Can you still reproduce this? I just made up a super sillious URL
wwe.3345.nex.zz1d (which of course doesn't exist) while waiting for Mozilla to
find the location I started typing in the location bar (on another tab... gotta
be quick).

It does now appear to WFM also using Mozilla-Mac/1.7RC2. The warning sheet draws
over the Autocomplete pop-up.
