Load tinderbox (or any really long page). before the page finishes layout out, click the scrollbar to scroll down a screen or two. wait for the rest of the content to render and the page to finish loading. Now scroll up. You get odd remnants left all over the content area as if it didn't really scroll correctly. this happens on all platforms, doesn't happen when native scrollbars are on.
Believe the workaround is to maximize/minimize. Marking PDT-. let us know if this does not work for you.
