20522 - Drop-down list for Abook,New Card dialog doesn't display a selected Address book

Using builds 19991210109 on win98 and linux and 1999120108m12 on mac the
drop-down list box in a New Card dialog for the Address book does not display
the selected address book.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Address Book from the Tasks menu  (you should have at least 2 address
books Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses listed in the left pane)
3. Select one of the address books and then click New Card button (or New
Address Book Card from the File menu).

Result: the drop down list at the top of the New Card dialog does not display
the selected Address Book
Expected: the selected address Book should be displayed in the drop-down list

4. Click on the down arrow to drop-down the list of Address Books and select one

Result the newly selected address book is not displayed in the list box
expected: the newly selected address book to be listed in the list box

Note:  the back-end is working, because the selected Address Book is the target
when launching the New Card window and completing the new card entry.  Also OK
when a different address book is selected after the New card dialog is opened
and you've completed the new card entry, (the newly selected address book
becomes the target).

Note: Bug 15476 was very similar to this bug but was for Mac only, and other
scenarios were added, making it a duplicate.  That bug was verified, so this new
bug was logged.

Using build 2000012109m13 on win98, 2000012108m13 on linux, 2000012108m13 on 
mac this is indeed fixed.  Thanks whoever!  Verified

This bug can be reproduced by Choosing New Address Book Card from Mail or 
Browser.  It can also be reproduced by Choosing New Address Book Card from the 
Address Book without an address book selected.  Reopening.

Fix checked in.  You can now choose New Address Book Card from anywhere and it 
will default to the Personal Address Book, unless you were in the address book 
and had a different (or no) address book selected.

Using build 2000020709m14 on win98 and 2000020708 on linux and mac this is fixed 
again.  Ran tests Paul noted. Verfied
