There are some text blocks that are cut off on the left when the vertical
scrollbar is drawn on the right and the textbox moves to the left.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/subst/xs/rewards/quiz.html
2. Login if you haven't already
3. Proceed with steps to answer trivia questions.
Actual Results:
The pages load and the text in the middle seems to be okay but when the
scrollbar is drawn on the right, the text is shifted to the left and the left of
the text is cut off.

Expected Results:
The text block should be shifted and no text should be cutoff.

This may only apply to centered text blocks.
Just noticed that switching to another tab and coming back fixes the text.
