User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507

The copy /paste etc do not work. It does not matter if either the mouse right button or the keyboard commands are used. Words are being highlighted but the
right mouse button pop-up is greyed out.

Items copied from outside the browser cannot be copied into the browser.

This is also happening with the Mail/News reader.

Happening under all conditions. (main webpage, boxes, etc)

When I highlight a word in either the browser or mail/news reader my external
spell checker no longer "sees" the highlighted word.

The mail/news reader no longer can compose, reply, reply all and forward any e-mail. Error message appears but no error code.

Mozilla must be completely turned off. Sometimes, when it restarts the problem
no longer exists.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start browser
2. Highlight something
3. right button or keyboard to copy
4. copy / paste, etc stay greyed out.
5. keyboard short cuts do not work

Actual Results:
Box that pops-up is "greyed" out
No coping /pasting etc

Expected Results:
Right button pop-up box should not be greyed out.
Copy/Paste, etc should work
