When a message is moved from the INBOX to another folder (e.g., Junk) the Junk
mail flag is not set on the message in the destination folder. This happens if
the message is moved by hand, OR automatically by the Junk mail filtering system.
I would expect the flag would be retained.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark a message as Junk.
2. Move to another Folder.
3. Verify it is no longer marked as Junk.
Actual Results:
Message in the new folder is NOT marked as Junk.
Expected Results:
Message in the new folder is marked as Junk.

This is a duplicate of bug 191792, although it confirms my suspicion that this
happens on not just Local folders (which I was able to confirm.

This bug is not a dup of 191792 but is a dup of 204515 which was fixed with a
