on mac, back and forward are command left and right, but in the mac build of
firebird they do not work.  instead, option left and right do work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try command left back, see that nothing happens
2.hit option left, see that it goes back
3.
Confirmed using Firebird/2003-05-09.

i took a quick look at this in lxr but didn't see any obvious place where FB ui
code forks for different platforms as mozilla does so what I expected to be a
quick fix didn't seem like one (to this untrained eye at least, and pointers
would be appreciated)
