The generated header file nsIGlobalHistory.h is not getting all of the comments
from the .idl file, such as:

/**
 *
 * The interface to global history.
 *
 * @status FROZEN
 * @version 1.0
 */

This makes it appear that the interface is not frozen.

I guess I'm a little surprised that any of the comments come through, since this
is a generated file. I'll have to check into how it picks and chooses which
comments to keep.

there are comments in the generator about maybe including the comments. it
shouldn't be too hard to do.
