Expected Results: When enabled, the 'Work Offline' menu item should return
unchecked state after being selected by user
What I got: Once enabled, I can't uncheck 'Work Offline' menu item.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Launch the browser
2) After new browser window opens and loads, select 'Work Offline' from the file
menu.
3) Notice this menu item becomes checked. Clicking on a page links should result
in dialog stating 'This document cannot be displayed while offline'.
4) Now, go back to select 'Work Offline' again.
5) This menu item still remains unchecked.

I cannot check on mac but on Windows XP everything works as it should.
Right, this is a problem only on the macho (OS X) build.
dupe of bug 179728 ? (but that's not Mac-specific)
This was fixed by Neil's checkin under bug 179728 on 13 August 2003. Using an
up-to-date build (2003082703) on MacOS X 10.2.6 can prove that this is now WFM.
