20556 - thread column icon not showing up.

This one came from sleestack.....apparently the msg thread icon is not showing
up in the left hand colum of the thread pane today.

I tried to go into threading mode and got lots of assertion failures in:

complaining about not being able to get a child.

the icon isn't showing up but threading works just fine for me with no
assertions.

changing subject to reflect what I'm seeing. I'm able to thread POP, news, and
IMAP with no problems.

this is just a bad style rule.  I'll check in the fix when the tree opens.

Verified Fixed.
- The thread icon behaves as expected: After selecting the icon then messages
are threaded. Select the icon again and messages are not threaded.
- The thread icon displays as expected: It changes depending on whether
threading is turned on or off.
