If I bring up my my.yahoo.com webpage, which is only configured by which news
tickers I read, any link clicked on crashes mozilla. This problem didn't occur
until I rebooted my linux box the first time after installing 1.4b. It ran fine
until tonight when I rebooted. (I downloaded it on the first day it was
available), red hat 9, no patches or updates.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to my.yahoo.com
2.click on bush vows hunt for saudi bombers, by reuters
3.watch browser crash
Actual Results:
lost browser. My install of Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1)
Gecko/20030225
works fine on the same link.

worksforme with linux trunk 20030513
wfm Mandrake 9.1 and Moz 2003051222 [took the tour and checked the weather in
SF]. I don't have any tickers.
Perhaps these tickers use Java and you're using an old version of Java, if any.
In the browser address bar, type about:plugins
What's your Java handler?
Three WFM on Linux and no news from reporter for 7 months -> WFM
